Mike Jashinski
Mike Jashinski has been part of Tehama Realty since its inception. With an impressive career that spans over 28 years in the luxury real estate market, Mike has served as a top-producing salesman, National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales for a number of luxury communities and notable sales organizations. His influence as a top-producing salesman and manager is apparent throughout successful properties in California, Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona.

In January 2004, Mike relocated to Monterey to become a full-time Tehama Realty team member and share his years of expertise with this rare and quickly developing community. His experience has afforded him the ability to understand the complex needs and concerns of some of the world's most discerning luxury property buyers. He takes great pride in sharing their vision and helping them find the ideal property to fit their needs. His excellent stamina and attention to detail give him full opportunity to truly create the best outcome for his clients, and build long-term friendships.

Mike is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors, as well as the California and National Association of Realtors. He currently holds a Broker's License in the states of California and Colorado.

Beth Franks
Having sold real estate on the Monterey Peninsula for close to 20 years gives Beth Franks exceptional local knowledge and experience. She joined the Tehama Realty team at the end of 2002. Beth understands the challenges clients often go through when purchasing a luxury property. Having personally built six custom homes, she can often relate to the questions involved each step of the way. This unique perspective enables her to quickly address clients' concerns - especially as they relate to a homesite purchase.

Beth’s goal is to ensure Tehama Realty clients have a smooth transition through the often cumbersome sales process - from understanding contract law to reviewing community standards and requirements. Working at a place she loves everyday is a rare pleasure for Beth, who believes Tehama is the most unique and special property on the peninsula.

A Real Estate broker and member of California Association of Realtors, Beth is also involved locally with the Carmel High School Athletic Boosters and Padre Parents. When not at Tehama, you will most likely find her at one of her son's sporting events - or a Giants baseball game! She is proud to have made her home on the Monterey Peninsula with her husband of 24 years, her son and her Labrador retriever.

Jessica Ahl
A native of the Monterey Peninsula, Jessica Ahl knows the ins and outs of the area better than anyone. She joined Tehama Realty two years ago as an administrative assistant and is excited about expanding her role with the Tehama Realty Team by assisting in escrow, providing clients with her local knowledge and learning more about the remarkable real estate profession.

Besides loving her job and working at one of the most beautiful places in the world she also likes to paint, listen to music and enjoys the beach in her free time.
